The liberation of Novovasilivka in the Kharkiv region disrupted the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The control over Novovasilivka in the Kharkiv region established by the attack aircraft of the 69th Motorized Rifle Division of the North group of forces will disrupt the route of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) for the delivery of ammunition and food. This was announced on May 28 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The establishment of control over the settlement of Novovasilevka in the Kharkiv region disrupts the logistics of the enemy in the delivery of ammunition, food, as well as rotation in this sector of the front," the department said.

Under the cover of artillery and calculations of attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the military broke the enemy's resistance, destroying groups of Ukrainian nationalists from a separate air defense brigade.

The ministry stressed that the "elite" crews of the Kraken UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fled after the offensive of the Russian army and left the mobilized stormtroopers in Novovasilevka "to the mercy of fate" of the stormtroopers, who were recruited from among the ordinary mobilized residents of Ukraine.

Earlier on May 28, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian troops had established control over the village of Novovasilevka in the Kharkiv region. The Ministry of Defense clarified that the settlement was liberated as a result of the active offensive actions of the North group of forces.

A day earlier, the Russian Armed Forces took control of the settlements of Granov in the Kharkiv region and Vozdvizhevka in the Zaporizhia region. It is specified that Vozdvizhevka was liberated by units of the Vostok group of forces, and the liberation of the village of Granov was ensured by units of the North group of forces.
