Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in a conversation with Izvestia on May 28, called idiotic statements by the head of the European Diplomacy, Kai Kallas, about limiting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to start negotiations with Brussels on Ukraine.
"I don't discuss idiotic statements," he told Izvestia columnist Viktor Sineok.
