Nine people were injured in a drone attack on the Kursk region

When attacking unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) Nine people were injured in the Belevsky district of the Kursk region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on May 28 by Governor Alexander Khinshtein.

"As a result of the attacks in the settlement of Belaya, Belovsky district, nine people were injured...> I wish you a speedy recovery!" he wrote on his page in the messenger "Max".

Khinstein clarified that of this number, eight victims were hospitalized.

It is noted that as a result of the incident in the Kursk region, cars and infrastructure facilities were damaged. In particular, power transmission lines were destroyed in at least eight settlements, and damage to an energy facility was recorded in the Khomutovsky district.

The governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, also announced a drone attack on his region on the same day. In Nizhny Novgorod, drones damaged the regional court building. The head of the region clarified that there were no casualties as a result of the incident.
