The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran attacked an American military base in response to US attacks on a facility on the outskirts of Bandar Abbas Airport. The corps made a corresponding statement on May 28.
"This response is a serious warning so that the enemy knows that the attack will not go unanswered, and if it happens again, our response will be more decisive," Tasnim news agency quoted a fragment of the statement in the Telegram channel.
