The EP reported on Slovakia's refusal to participate in the tribunal against Russia
Slovakia will not participate in the "special tribunal" being created by the European Union (EU) against Russia in Ukraine, this is nonsense. This was announced on May 27 by Lubos Blaga, a member of the European Parliament from Slovakia.
"The West is preparing a military tribunal against Russia. It's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. I am proud of the Slovak government that it will not participate in this farce," he said in his Telegram channel.
Blaga added that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky really deserves a tribunal for the attack of the country's Armed Forces on Starobilsk in the Luhansk People's Republic.
Finnish politician Armando Mema, a member of the Freedom Alliance party, said on May 26 that the words of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen about sanctions against Russia against the background of the terrorist attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine at a college in Starobilsk demonstrate the EU's double standards regarding international law.
On May 26, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzia accused the West of double standards on the tragedy in Starobilsk. The diplomat said that the West divides the children killed in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the dormitory into convenient and inconvenient victims.
