Avior car brand presents new commercial models in Moscow
Avior, which produces light commercial vehicles based on Chinese models in Belarus, presented a tour bus, an updated all-metal V90 van and a chassis with a cab at the Comvex exhibition in Moscow. This is stated in the message of the brand's press service, which was received by Izvestia on May 27.
The chassis with a cabin, which was named Avior Chassis, has a similar transmission and dimensions to its progenitor V90 — 8.47 × 2.5× 3.05 m. Ready-made options are provided as a superstructure on the frame, including industrial and insulated vans, side platforms with or without an awning. As standard, the car is equipped with six airbags, parking assistants, collision avoidance and lane departure and collision warning systems. The car was electrophoretically galvanized.
The Avior V90 model in the Van modification is equipped with a two-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 150 hp (375 Nm). The total weight of the car is 3,500 kg, which allows you to drive it with a category "B" driver's license. The update affected the diesel engine, it became more powerful and more economical, the maximum speed increased to 160 km/h, and the Euro-5 eco-class eliminated the AdBlue system. The interior has also changed: a new multi-steering wheel with heating is installed in the cabin, there is a button start system, an electric handbrake, an AutoHold system, and a central display enlarged to 12.3 inches. Engineers have equipped the model with a new Webasto programmed autonomous heater.
The Avior Tourist intercity bus has a capacity of 30 seats. The dimensions of the model are: 8.47 × 2.5 × 3.05 m, wheelbase — 4.75 m, gross weight — 9 tons, luggage compartment — 1.2 cubic meters. The car is powered by a 4.3 liter Euro-5 eco-class diesel engine paired with a manual 6-speed transmission.
Also at the Comvex exhibition, the Russian Valdai tractor was presented the day before, which became more powerful and safer after the upgrade. The car, manufactured in the Nizhny Novgorod region, received a 490-horsepower diesel engine (previously 470 hp) combined with a 12-speed robotic transmission.
In addition, at an event in Moscow, the Belarusian automobile plant MAZ showed a new line of Targo trucks, the premiere of the off-road version of the GAZ Sobol minibus took place, and the GAZ Group also presented a promising modular low-tonnage platform for light commercial vehicles (LCVs). And the Russian truck manufacturer Romanov JSC (BAZ brand) announced the expansion of its line of equipment.
