In Moscow, a car hit a woman and a child at a crossing and fled the scene of the accident.

The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has taken control of establishing the circumstances of a traffic accident in the east of the capital, in which two pedestrians were injured - a woman and an 11-year-old boy. This was announced on May 27 by the press service of the department in the Maks messenger.

"On Novoukhtomskoye highway, the driver of a rented car ran over two pedestrians at a controlled pedestrian crossing, after which he fled the scene of the accident," the report says.

The ministry clarified that the injured woman and child were taken to a medical facility. Currently, the establishment of all the circumstances of the accident and the identity of the fugitive driver is under special control at the Prosecutor's Office of the Eastern Administrative District.

On May 26, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region reported that a teenager who was driving a pit bike died in a collision with a Gazelle in the Ramenskoye municipal District. The accident occurred at about 13:20 near one of the houses in the village of Ganusovo.
