Former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, Colonel-General of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Oleg Khramov was appointed to the post of adviser to the head of Sberbank German Gref. This was reported on May 27 by RBC, citing sources in the financial market and in the bank itself.
It is specified that Khramov held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation since 2017. He got there after working for decades in the state security agencies.
