At a special meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on Tuesday, a crowded room listened to Russia's position on the terrorist attack committed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Starobilsk. This was announced on May 27 by Dmitry Polyansky, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE.

"The hall was full, almost all the European delegations performed. We outlined our position on Starobilsk in detail, provided statistics and explained the reasons for the retaliatory Russian strikes. We said everything we wanted to say," the agency's interlocutor said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
