The new list of parallel imports from the Ministry of Industry and Trade has entered into force

The updated list of products that are allowed to be imported in parallel entered into force on May 27. The new version of the document from the Ministry of Industry and Trade excludes a number of items, including individual brands of laptops, computers and servers.

The agency approved changes to the list of parallel imports back in November 2025 by its order, RIA Novosti notes. The ministry then clarified that the disappearance of some products from the list would not affect the range of similar products in Russia.

Among the deleted positions were Japanese dyes for Ricoh printers, materials for modeling Spin Master brand, as well as several niche perfume lines. We are talking about brands such as Juliette has a Gun, Filippo Sorcinelli, MEMO Paris, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Xerjoff and others.
