The court acquitted the district police officer in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus

A court in the Tver region acquitted Anton Petukhov, a senior district police commissioner, who was accused of negligence for failing to take measures regarding the fictitious registration of two future defendants in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall. This became known on May 27 from the materials of the court.

The future defendants in the case were in Petukhov's field of vision, but he did not take action against violators of migration legislation, RIA Novosti reports. In addition, the district police officer did not inform the migration office about the possible fictitious registration of foreigners.
