The State Duma has submitted a draft appeal to the UN after the terrorist attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Starobilsk

The State Duma Committee on International Affairs has submitted to the House of Parliament a draft appeal to the United Nations and the parliaments of the world in connection with the terrorist attack committed by the Kiev regime in Starobilsk. The State Duma will consider the document at a plenary session on May 27, said the head of the committee Leonid Slutsky.

"The International Affairs Committee has prepared and submitted a draft appeal to the United Nations and the parliaments of the world to condemn the attack on the pedagogical college in Starobilsk. This is a barbaric terrorist attack and a war crime by the neo-Nazi Ukrainian regime against civilians without a statute of limitations.… We demand to find and punish those responsible," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
