The readiness of the new educational complex in Kotelniki has exceeded 90%

Construction of a new educational complex for almost 2.5 thousand places is being completed in Kotelniki, Moscow region. Readiness has exceeded 90%, according to the regional Ministry of the construction complex.

The facility, which includes a 2.1 thousand-seat school and a 350-seat kindergarten, is being built in the Opytnoye neighborhood. Now the contractor is engaged in heat and power supply systems, installs elevators and carries out interior decoration of premises.

Meanwhile, landscaping works are continuing in the surrounding area. Specialists are installing a lighting system, arranging driveways and sidewalks, installing playgrounds and sports grounds for children.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, there will be 84 classrooms in the school, and 14 groups in kindergarten. The project includes four gyms, two libraries, an assembly hall with 800 seats, workshops, a canteen with more than 1,000 seats, and a medical center. The complex is scheduled to open on September 1.

Earlier it was reported that in November, the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region plans to complete the construction of a new school for 1,1 thousand places. As of May 25, its construction readiness was 89%.
