A sports complex will be built in Vykhino-Zhulebin at the expense of the city budget

Moscow has made changes to the rules of land use and development, which are necessary for the construction of a sports and recreation complex as part of a targeted investment program. This was announced on Tuesday, May 26, by the head of the metropolitan complex of urban planning and construction, Vladimir Yefimov.

According to him, the new FOC will appear on a plot of about one hectare in the Vykhino-Zhulebino area — at the intersection of Privolnaya and Mil Aircraft Designer Streets — and will become part of the existing infrastructure. He stressed that the facility will meet modern requirements, and its total area will be about 9 thousand square meters, according to RIAMO.

The area already has a developed social environment and is located next to the Zhulebinsky Forest Park. Thanks to the appearance of the complex, residents will be able to play sports and spend time with their family close to home, without traveling to other districts. The building will be equipped with modern training rooms, locker rooms and recreation areas.

The Department of Urban Planning Policy added that a swimming pool and an ice field are also provided in the FOKA. Convenient transport accessibility will be a separate advantage.: Zhulebino Metro Station can be reached in about 10 minutes, and Kotelnikov in 20 minutes, writes NSN.

The day before, on May 25, the press service of the Moscow Department of Sports reported that the city project "My Sports District" within the framework of "Summer in Moscow" will begin on June 1.
