U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan signed the charter of comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries at a meeting in Yerevan.

"A framework memorandum on the extraction and processing of critical minerals and rare earth metals is being signed between Armenia and the United States," it was announced at the ceremony, broadcast by the DRM TV channel on its YouTube channel.
