Acceptance of applications for "Develop in the Profession – III" for young people has ended

About 400 people applied for the third season of the educational project "Develop in the Profession – III". The program is aimed at identifying, developing and integrating promising representatives of creative professions in the field of creative industries among the youth of historical regions of Russia.: Donetsk People's Republic, Lugansk People's Republic, Zaporizhia region, Kherson region.

"There are many creative young people living in the historical regions of Russia. Our goal is to give them the opportunity and tools to realize their creative potential. This is exactly what the "Develop in the profession" project is aimed at. We help you not just gain new knowledge, but see real prospects, upgrade your skills and take the first confident step into a creative profession. It is important for us that talents from every region of the country gain a voice, confidence and strength to create high—level creative products," said Elena Kapura, head of the Develop in Profession III project, Director of the ArtMasters Academy.

The largest number of applications came from LDNR.

The concept of the third season of "Develop in the Profession" is "The Code of the Motherland". The participants of the creative laboratory will have to reveal the image of Russia through personal stories, regional identity and national unity. The program is entirely dedicated to the field of Music, and young people between the ages of 18 and 35 can participate in it.

Most of the participants applied for such areas as graphic/motion designer, media producer and music video maker. In addition, other professions were available to choose from: costume designer, makeup artist, lighting designer, arranger, videographer, songwriter, director of editing.

The project consists of several stages: qualifying, educational, and final. Participants will receive intensive online training with live webinars from leading experts of the National Open Championship of Creative Competencies "ArtMasters", which starts on June 1 and ends on June 30.

The top 10 students in each competence will be invited to a full-time educational module at the Academy of Creative Industries "Meganom" (Tavrida Art Cluster), which will be held in September. They will prepare 10 music videos featuring vocalists from historical regions of Russia. The final exhibition of the participants' works will take place in Moscow in early October, and visits to the partners' industrial sites are also planned. As a result, graduates will receive certificates.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. In 2023-2024, two seasons of "Develop in the profession" were held: The first is in the film and media industry, and the second is in the theater sector. In both cases, the participants completed online and face‑to-face training and presented their work in Moscow. Previous seasons were also aimed at supporting young people from historical regions of Russia.
