Iran's response to the US strikes on the south of the Islamic Republic during the period of the ceasefire regime may lead to an increase in oil prices to $ 200 per barrel. This was stated on May 26 by the official representative of the central operational headquarters of the Khatam al-Anbiya of the Armed forces of Iran, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, on the social network X.

"The US government has repeatedly demonstrated that it understands only the language of force. Get ready for oil at $200 [per barrel]," he said.
