A new mechanism for remote real estate transactions will be launched in Russia on July 1. Thanks to the new features, it will now be possible to verify your identity using biometrics when registering your rights. This was announced on May 26 by Ivan Volkov, Head of the Information Security Department at Granel Group of Companies.

"If the parties want to conduct the transaction completely remotely, they will need an electronic package of documents, an electronic signature and a confirmed biometrics in a Single biometric system. At the same time, offline transactions do not disappear anywhere," he told the Prime agency.
