Construction of a new school in Odintsovo district of Moscow region will be completed in November

In November, the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region plans to complete the construction of a new school for 1,1 thousand places. This is reported by the regional Glavgosstroynadzor.

We are talking about a school in the village of Laikovo. As of May 25, its construction readiness is 89%. The contractor is currently carrying out work on the decoration of the premises and the installation of internal engineering networks.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the area of the new school will be more than 13 thousand square meters. m. The building will house 44 classrooms, extension rooms, workshops, two gyms, a dining room, as well as an outdoor hall with an amphitheater and a two-level information and library center.

The construction is scheduled to be completed in November 2026. The facility is expected to be put into operation by the end of the year.

In January, it was reported that in the Moscow region in 2026, 135 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction and overhaul of social infrastructure facilities. We are talking about schools and kindergartens, polyclinics and hospitals, sports facilities and cultural institutions.
