One of the clients of the blogger's former stylist Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek) Elvira Yankovskaya demanded to reimburse over 500 thousand rubles in a civil lawsuit — she estimated the damage from purchases of counterfeit items at this amount. This was reported on May 25 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the Lefortovo Court in Moscow.

The victim explained that the sneakers she bought from Yankovskaya smelled of glue — after that she decided to check them for authenticity. The store clerk in Dubai confirmed that the item was not original. Later, a similar conclusion was reached at the Prada boutique, where the woman brought a sweatshirt ordered through a stylist.

On April 28, Moscow's Lefortovo Court extended Yankovskaya's preventive measure in the form of detention until August 19. Then the defendant began to cry in the courtroom and asked to change the measure of restraint to house arrest. She stated that she has two children who need her. In early April, it was reported that the stylist sold Lercek a fake Hermes bag for about 780 thousand rubles.

Back in 2023, Chekalina accused Yankovskaya of selling fakes of branded items under the guise of the original. The blogger noted that her friends also bought fakes from the stylist. At the same time, Lercek estimated the damage at a large amount, and a criminal case was opened.
