The victim of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on Starobilsk was taken to Moscow for treatment.

The girl who was injured in the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the dormitory of the pedagogical college in Starobilsk was taken to Moscow in serious condition. This was announced on May 25 by Alexey Kuznetsov, Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

According to him, the patient, born in 2003, was transported by a team of the disaster medicine service to the N.N. Priorov National Medical Research Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics.

"She endured the journey satisfactorily, her condition is assessed as serious," Kuznetsov's statement is quoted by TASS.

The Ministry of Health clarified that the victim is under the supervision of doctors, she is receiving the necessary medical care.

On May 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the academic building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk College. A criminal case was opened into the attack under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). 21 people were killed in the attack, and 63 others were injured. The names of all the victims of the terrorist attack have been established. May 24 and 25 have been declared days of mourning in the Luhansk People's Republic.

Lu Yuguang, a correspondent for the Chinese Phoenix TV channel, reported that he saw dorm rooms with children's toys and beds inside. He called the incident terrible and scary and wondered why it is still silent in the West. Irish journalist Chase Bowes also told Izvestia about the shock of what he saw in Starobilsk.
