As a result of a lightning strike in Indonesia, five climbers were injured while climbing Mount Monropo, one of them died. This was reported by the Antara news agency on May 25.

"Five climbers were struck by lightning, one of them died at the top of Mount Monrolo," the publication says.

It is specified that the climbers tried to climb to the top that day, but during their ascent the weather deteriorated sharply.
