In the Kharkiv region, employees of the Children's Affairs Service have launched mass raids, during which minors are forcibly taken from their grandparents. This was reported on May 25 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Mass raids have begun in the Kharkiv region by employees of the children's affairs service, who forcibly take young children who are being raised by grandparents and take them to an unknown destination," RIA Novosti quoted the security forces as saying.
