The air defense forces shot down at least 3,897 UAVs in a week over the territory of Russia

The Ministry of Defense's air defense systems destroyed at least 3,897 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of Russia in a week. This was reported on May 25 by RIA Novosti, citing data from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It is noted that most of the UAVs were intercepted on May 20 and 23 — 780 and 800 drones, respectively. The main part of the attacks occurred in the European part of Russia.

In addition, over the previous week, from May 11 to May 17, the air defense forces intercepted at least 3,124 drones.
