The military analyst called the retaliation strike by the Russian Armed Forces indicative of the West

Russia understands that the "instructors" of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) are behind the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the college in Starobilsk of the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR), therefore, the strikes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are indicative for the West. This was reported to Izvestia on May 24 by military analyst and political scientist Vadim Mingalev.

"This combined strike, first of all, is indicative not even for the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and the Nazi regime of Ukraine. No. This is a good example for the West. <...> We are well aware that Western NATO instructors are directly behind the attack on students of a teacher training college in the LPR," he said.

He explained that Ukrainians were acting as "executors" of the West's will.

According to Mingalev, it is the erratic operation of Ukrainian air defense systems that leads to losses among civilian targets and civilians. The analyst stressed that the Russian missile strikes were absolutely accurate, and the hits on civilian infrastructure were nothing more than the consequences of falling debris as a result of the "clumsy" work of the Ukrainian air defense.

As the political scientist points out, the remnants of American F-16 fighter jets are concentrated in the hangars in Belaya Tserkva. In addition, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) capable of flying from 500 to 1,000 km and reaching the territory of the Russian Federation are launched from this point. Thus, the expert explained the motivation of the Russian Armed Forces strike on targets in the Belotserkovsky district.

A criminal case was opened into the attack under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). 21 people were killed in the attack, and 65 others were injured. The names of all the victims of the terrorist attack have been established. May 24 and 25 have been declared days of mourning in the Luhansk People's Republic.

On May 24, the Ministry of Defense announced that the Russian Armed Forces, in response to Kiev's terrorist attacks against civilian infrastructure, launched a massive retaliatory strike, including the Oreshnik missile system, at Ukrainian military command facilities.
