Director of the Second Department of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) On May 24, Russian Foreign Minister Alexei Polishchuk announced that Moscow maintains contacts with Kiev at the working level.
"Contacts with the Ukrainian side are maintained at a working level," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
