The Norwegian national team beat the Swedes at the World Hockey Championship for the first time in 15 years.

For the first time in 15 years, the Norwegian national hockey team was able to beat the Swedes in the group stage match of the World Hockey Championship. The match took place on May 23 in Switzerland and ended with a score of 3:2.
