The radio station UVB-76, known as the Doomsday Radio Station, broadcast the messages "Skazopat" and "Snopotyul". This was reported on May 23 in the Telegram channel UVB-76 logs, which monitors the station's broadcast.
"TOD3 U352 DHGE 94066 09270 32781 SKAZOPAT 7507 4374 SNOPOTYUL 5422 8119," the publication says.
The signals were recorded at 18.23 Moscow time. UVB-76 is a Russian shortwave radio station that constantly broadcasts a buzzing sound and periodically transmits voice codes. The meaning of the transmitted words has not been officially disclosed. Radio amateurs continue to monitor the airwaves.
On April 25, the UVB-76 radio station transmitted a new encrypted message, "Bykocert." It was clarified that this happened at 15:36 Moscow time.
