Colombian defender Kevin Andrade joined Zenit St. Petersburg
Zenit St. Petersburg football club (FC) has officially signed the transfer of Colombian defender Kevin Andrade from Kaliningrad Baltika, the club's website reported on May 23.
The agreement with the player will be valid for five years — the contract runs until the end of the 2030/31 season. With the Kaliningrad team, he won the second division of the national championship in 2025 and reached the final of the national cup.
Andrade, who is now 26 years old, has defended the colors of the Baltic since 2024 and previously played for the America Cali club in Colombia. Last season, the footballer played 32 matches in all tournaments, scoring one goal, Sport-Express said.
A day earlier, it became known that German specialist Sandro Schwartz has been appointed head coach of FC Dynamo Moscow. It is specified that the coach has signed a three-year contract with the club, lasting until the summer of 2029, and will begin working with the team at the summer training camp. Assistant Volkan Bulut will join Schwartz's coaching staff.
