Air defense forces destroyed one Ukrainian drone over Voronezh

The Air Defense Forces destroyed a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over Voronezh. This was announced on May 23 by the Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev.

"An unmanned aerial vehicle was detected and destroyed by the air defense forces on duty over the city district," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gusev clarified that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties or damage.

At a meeting with graduates of the Time of Heroes program, Putin cited evidence of this and called for a reaction from the international community.

Mayor of Energodar Maxim Pukhov reported on May 22 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had attacked the school and administration over the past day. In addition, according to the mayor, as a result of the attacks, one of the transport arteries leading to Energodar was damaged. As a result of the repulse of the raid, 10 UAVs were suppressed or shot down on approach or in the city.
