By attacking the college in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators are taking responsibility for the escalation of hostilities. This was announced on May 22 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"Having committed a crime against children in Starobilsk, the Kiev regime and its curators assume full responsibility for the escalation of hostilities and the undermining of political and diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict," the ministry's website says.
