The European colleagues of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) openly mock the victims among the children who were injured as a result of the shelling of the Ukrainian college in Starobilsk. This was announced on May 22 by Russia's Permanent Representative to the World Organization Vasily Nebenzya.
