Nebenzia declared that Russia had achieved all the goals of the special operation

Russia will achieve the goals of a special military operation aimed at ending the bloodshed and lawlessness in Ukraine. This was stated on May 22 by Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya.

"We have launched a special military operation to put an end to the bloodshed and lawlessness of the regime in the neighboring country, and be sure that its goals will be achieved," he said at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council requested by Russia in connection with the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on a dormitory in the LPR.
