On May 22, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova, announced an increase to four in the number of deaths during the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the dormitory of the pedagogical college in Starobilsk of the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR).
"According to preliminary data, four people were killed," she wrote on her Telegram channel.
