After an attack by Ukrainian drones, there may be up to 18 victims under the rubble of a college and a dormitory in Starobilsk, Luhansk People's Republic. This was announced on May 22 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.
Miroshnik noted that the main blow of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) was inflicted on the building of the academic building and the dormitory. According to him, "monstrous" destruction is visible at the scene.
