Rescuers have rescued three people from the rubble of a victim of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) dormitories of the Starobilsk College of the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR). This was reported on May 22 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the region.
"In Starobilsk, employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the site of the collapse of a dormitory. <...> At the moment, rescuers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations have extracted three people from the rubble," the ministry said in a message on the Maks messenger.
