The attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the academic building and dormitory of the Starobilsk College in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) is an act of terrorism. This was announced on May 22 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.

"Ukrainian militants have committed a terrorist act, endangering the lives of children. The Nazis, like trapped rats, are trying to bite at the most painful thing, making attempts on minor children and innocent civilians," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

Miroshnik stressed that such actions are war crimes, for which, as he noted, inevitable punishment will follow.

The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, reported on May 22 that 35 people were injured in the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the academic building and the college dormitory. It was noted that 86 children from 14 to 18 years old were there at the time of the strike. In addition, some children are still under the rubble, rescuers managed to rescue two.
