American companies remain interested in the Russian market and expect to be able to resume operations there. This was announced on May 21 by the deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Ryabkov.

"American businesses are still interested in having a presence on the Russian market, waiting to be able to return here," he said in an interview with Vedomosti.
