The construction of a new polyclinic was completed in the suburb of Rabochy in Irkutsk

Construction of a new building of the city polyclinic No. 15 has been completed in Irkutsk. The regional government announced this on Thursday, May 21.

"The day before, the Stroizhilnadzor service conducted a final inspection, which confirmed the compliance of the constructed facility with the design documentation and its readiness for commissioning. The contractor performed its work efficiently," commented Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Galkin.

The polyclinic was built in the suburb of Rabocheye as part of the national project "Long and active life". According to IA IrkutskMedia, the building consists of one underground and five aboveground floors with a total area of 10.1 thousand square meters. m. The construction cost amounted to more than 2 billion rubles.

The clinic will have an X-ray department, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a functional diagnostics department, an endoscopic department, physiotherapy, dentistry and gynecology. The facility is designed for 499 visits per shift, of which 167 are for children.

It is expected that about 40 thousand people living in Irkutsk and Irkutsk region will be attached to the polyclinic. The opening is scheduled for July 2026.
