The Russian Cup superfinal will be held on May 24 at the Luzhniki Stadium, where Krasnodar and Spartak will compete for the trophy. Krasnodar fought to the last for the defense of the championship title, but in the end failed, and Spartak, having spent a good spring stretch, still remained outside the top three of the Russian championship.
