The majority of Russians — 56% — highly rate their productivity at work. Analysts hh.ru On Thursday, May 21, the most productive categories of citizens were named according to the survey results.

Thus, millennials celebrate their maximum productivity (63% of respondents aged 35 and over), reports Lenta.Ru . At the same time, 46% of respondents among young people aged 18-24 are convinced of their effectiveness at work.

Respondents in top positions, i.e. business unit directors, department heads, and top managers, are more likely than others to rate their productivity as high.

"Employees realize that their personal impact directly affects the company's business performance, according to 78% of respondents. Professionally, HR specialists (90%) and lawyers (88%) are the leaders, while among the working staff this figure is only 65%," said Maria Ignatova, Director of Research hh.ru .

She stressed that understanding the importance of one's work is an important tool for productivity growth, as well as reducing staff turnover and protecting employees from professional burnout.
