The State Duma has developed a bill to protect bona fide home buyers

Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Yaroslav Nilov and Dmitry Gusev have created a bill to provide additional protection to bona fide home buyers. The relevant documents attest to this on May 21.

The initiative has already been sent to Rosreestr and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for evaluation. According to it, it is proposed to amend Articles 167 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 58 of the Law on State Registration of Real Estate.
