According to Kucinich, the American authorities should take into account that the development of international relations is moving away from a unilateral approach and unipolarity. He clarified that progress is possible only through consideration of common interests and recognition of common humanity.

In addition, the former congressman noted that the war against Iran demonstrates an inability to understand the changed world reality, and violence reflects the worst aspects of human nature.
