Soldiers of the 31st border guard detachment of the State Border Service of Ukraine are deserting to Romania while serving at the border. This was reported on May 21 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"There are cases of desertion of soldiers of the 31st border guard while serving in a border patrol on the Romanian-Ukrainian section of the border," the source said in an interview with TASS.
It is clarified that this information is also confirmed by the testimony of captured servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
