In five hours, the Air defense forces shot down 94 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia

In five hours, air defense systems destroyed 94 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the regions of Russia. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on May 20.

"94 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the Maks messenger said.

It is specified that enemy drones were shot down over Pskov, Ryazan, Tver, Rostov, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaluga, Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod, Novgorod, Smolensk, Tula regions. Drones were also eliminated over the territory of the Moscow region, Krasnodar, Stavropol territories, Crimea and over the waters of the Sea of Azov.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces shot down 61 UAVs over the regions of Russia. Thus, the attacks were reflected over the Smolensk, Novgorod, Kursk, Kaluga, Leningrad, Bryansk and Belgorod regions. In addition, drones were shot down over the Stavropol Territory and the Moscow region.
