In Yelets, a man was shot dead after a conflict over parking

In Yelets, Lipetsk region, a court will consider a criminal case on the murder of a man who was shot with a gun after a conflict over parking. This was announced on May 20 by the joint press service of the judicial system of the region.

It is noted that the incident occurred on March 2. A friend of the defendant came into conflict with a man who parked a car on the sidewalk. Later, all three met to clarify their relationship, a fight broke out, and the defendant shot the victim several times with a Saiga-12C hunting rifle he had brought. On the same day, a man wounded by gunfire died in hospital.

A criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).

"During the judicial investigation, the court will have to study the case materials, interrogate witnesses and participants in the process," the press service said in a statement on the VKontakte social network.
