Temporary flight restrictions have been lifted at four Russian airports.
Temporary restrictions on take-off and landing of aircraft have been lifted at the airports of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Cheboksary and Pulkovo. This was announced on May 20 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
"Kazan Airport, Nizhnekamsk (Begishevo). <...> Cheboksary. <...> Pulkovo. Restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft have been lifted," the message on the Maks messenger says.
It is specified that the measures were necessary to ensure the safety of air travel.
Restrictions on aircraft flights were introduced on May 20 at the Bugulma, Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Cheboksary and Pulkovo airports. The Federal Air Transport Agency clarified that the measures were necessary to ensure safety.
