Maxim Obushenkov, an individual entrepreneur, demanded in the Moscow Arbitration Court to recover about 2.2 million rubles from the National Theater of Folk Music and Song "Golden Ring" LLC by People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva. This was reported by RIA Novosti on May 20.

"The contract stipulated that our promoters with large toothbrushes, without disturbing anyone, would be in the stalls of the auditorium during the concert. However, 20 minutes after the start, they were rudely kicked out," Obyshev said.

He clarified that in the statement of claim he asks to recover from the defendant the prepayment made, the lost profits, as well as the costs of paying for the work of 11 participants of the promotion and the purchase of necessary requisites for them.

According to the entrepreneur, he has signed an agreement with the theater on the company's partnership participation in one of the Golden Ring events. As part of the agreement, he made an advance payment of 500 thousand rubles.
