CIPR demonstrated the use of artificial intelligence in industry

The use of artificial intelligence and domestic digital solutions in industry has become one of the main topics of the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference, which is being held in Nizhny Novgorod. Correspondent Roman Polshakov told about this on May 19.

"The concentration of domestic IT developments here is off the charts. Advanced solutions for the digital transformation of society are assembled on one platform.: services for businesses, governments, and the public. This year, more than 200 companies have brought their developments to CIPR," the journalist noted.

It is noted that these are not just startups, but projects that are being implemented with might and main. One of the devices presented at the conference can be called an analogue of the MFC for abroad. It will soon appear in 14 countries and simplify the access of compatriots to Russian services.

"He passes biometrics, gets a SIM card, downloads the application and access to the Russian services that are available. There is no such thing in the world," said Ilya Dimitrov, a representative of the Analytical Center company (the Osnovie Certification Center was created with the participation of RT—Design Technologies of Rostec and the Seldon Group of Companies).

Companies are implementing the same artificial intelligence both for the convenience of employees and for customers. Sheremetyevo Airport is using it to fight queues.

"We can predict with 95 percent accuracy that, for example, 250 passengers will arrive on a flight from Vladivostok in six months, 118 of them will leave the city, the rest will fly on. And the same applies to baggage," said Dmitry Ilyin, Deputy General Director for Information Technology at Sheremetyevo Airport.

The main course of the forum is on digital sovereignty, solutions for business. In aviation, shipbuilding and transport, the share of Russian software exceeds 90%.

All processes related to the repair of rolling stock at the St. Petersburg Metro depot will soon be fully automated. The system will tell you when and what needs to be replaced, and a team and necessary parts will be booked through it.

"Losses and costs should be eliminated, and this is maximum efficiency in production when the direct employee has everything to do his job. At the moment, we cannot identify analogues. That is, we are moving towards this implementation now, I believe that we are the first," said Andrey Spirkin, Chief Engineer of the St. Petersburg Metro State Unitary Enterprise.

All this became possible thanks to the introduction of the domestic integrated enterprise management system Galaktika ERP.

"We have adapted our software to this, because the classic cycle is: the node broke down, was shipped, or replaced, or repaired. Renovation work is underway here. We have been directly refining the Galaktika modules for this," said Alexey Telkov, General Director of Galaktika Corporation JSC.

Each company has its own nuances, and they have to be taken into account. Therefore, it is easier for industrial giants to work directly with developers.

SIBUR, one of the largest petrochemical companies in Russia, is also planning to switch from a foreign business automation program to our Galaktika. They will also be the first to test the developer's new AI platform.

"We will try to use artificial intelligence technology in order to formulate the knowledge of how our process works as quickly as possible and turn it into a task statement for the vendor," said Anton Rubenchik, Director of Digital and Information Technologies at SIBUR.

But the medical complex, although without artificial intelligence, makes life much easier for large companies.

A single doctor remotely with the help of such assistants can conduct a medical examination of hundreds of drivers in 10 minutes. The complex has prompted developers to create a new system that will help employers pay more attention to employee health.

"He will not know personally that Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich has such a disease. He will know that I have 50 people at risk for cardiovascular diseases in my company. I need to plan assistance for the next period," said the Director of the Methodology and Functional Architecture Department at RTK-Laboratory of Health LLC (Rostelecom Group of Companies) Victor Komarov.

The Rostelecom ecosystem includes about 200 companies with more than 100,000 employees. Now the largest digital service provider is implementing a human resources management system from the same Galaktika. The product covers the entire life cycle of an employee: from hiring to retirement.

"It so happens that we understand that the maturity of the described business processes that we have, in terms of personnel, in terms of talent management, it can give a faster, tangible result. Therefore, we are starting with this module," said Darius Khalitov, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of Rostelecom.

The demand for domestic software is huge. Companies are moving away from Western software. Although a necessary measure, it has pushed our IT sector to develop new solutions and implement artificial intelligence. And all this is not only for the government and corporations, but primarily for ordinary users.

This is a gesture: AI for industry has been taught to understand hand movements even with dirty gloves.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said on May 14 that the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the top priorities of the construction industry. He added that in order to further scale the use of tools, it is necessary to create a regulatory framework that will stimulate innovation, rather than constrain it.
