The deadlines for the demolition of a popular market in Tyumen have been announced

The Yuzhny market, popular in Tyumen, is planned to be dismantled by the end of June. The management company named such dates for <url> news agency. Some of the nearby outbuildings have already been demolished.

We are talking about the shopping areas at 122 Chaplin Street. According to the organization, the notification of the termination of the facility and the demolition of buildings was received from the city Department of Land Relations and Urban Planning back in February 2026.

The demolition of Yuzhny, where citizens usually bought milk, fish, meat and desserts, was organized in connection with the reconstruction of Nikolai Chaplin Street. The roadway is planned to be expanded, and work will also take place on adjacent sections along Chaplin and Kolkhoznaya streets.

Earlier it was reported that the Tyumen authorities decided to clean up the Tura River from garbage. The administration is already looking for a company that will prepare a corresponding project.
